Almond Milk for Weightloss?

Is almond milk better than normal milk for weightloss? Well really there's almost nothing wrong with normal milk, but in case you were to to try out almond milk instead of regular milk you are able to save yourself around hundred calories per day per cup of milk, and when thinking about a weightloss diet I continually try to keep as a lot of my favorite food as possible, the fastest method to fail at any diet is usually to not enjoy it.
You can use it wherever you would usually use regular milk and it's very easy to produce.
Basically all you have to complete making almond milk is soaking a few raw almonds in water for 8-14hours, drain the almonds and add 1 cup to your blender with two cups of water and blend at high speed until it turns gray and also the almonds have all become pulp. From here simply strain through a strainer or maybe cheesecloth or maybe something similar (I only make use of a normal kitchen strainer - takes a bit of white as the pulp are likely to block the strainer quite quickly). You can conserve the almond pulp to take advantage of for making anything or cookies else that calls for almond meal (haven't tried green living yet as I'm not much of a cookie person).
So this's plain unsweetened almond milk, what I have discovered that works great in coffee is adding half a vanilla bean (split the bean and scrape the seeds out and contribute to the blender) and several stevia (a natural sweetener without any calories) before blending, this makes a great accessory to coffee - tastes Great and also will help with your weightloss programs.
Note: If you are not on a weightloss diet try sweetening with your favourite raw honey - yummmm!
On the topic of regular milk and its health properties, there are tons of websites available that show you just how bad cow's milk is for the health of yours, well I can't say I go along with these websites in the circumstances of those of us who's bodies can digest cow's milk without any problems. I have had milk all of my life and never had some indicator of the many negative health affects that many people claim milk causes.

I will be able to fully understand the issues for individuals with lower tolerance to lactose or milk solids, but I've to say I have never ever had any issues all of my life drinking cow's milk.
It might look like a little strange starting up this article with the benefits of almond milk and then stating that cow's milk is fine and brings about absolutely no problems, but when you are trying to lose weight, pt trim fat burn cost - simply click the up coming article - https://www.redmond-reporter.com/national-marketplace/pt-trim-fat-burn-r... , it is a wise idea to look at reducing your intake of cow's milk as it does contain quite a few calories also it has been shown that sometime it is able to slow the metabolism of yours (i.e. bright glass - http://www.blogrollcenter.com/index.php?a=search&q=bright%20glass of milk prior to bed) down and that is not desirable when trying to improve you overall health and reducing weight.
