Gym Difficult in Summertime
I've found over the years it is easier to drop by gym in winter, but in the summer months it's hard. The summer season I have yard work, floral garden as well as vegetable garden to keep me busy. Unfortunately this affects the exercise program of mine of exploring gym four or five times a week.

This is very relaxing since it becomes my blood flowing. I usually do interval training by jogging for one minute and then wander the next minute. Many fitness folks promote this particular form of working out vs. working constantly for 30 to 60 minutes.
Go Biking

Take a look to determine if your community offers some bike paths. Bike paths give you a wonderful way to bike a few miles without worrying about automobiles on the chaotic roads.
