You will find a variety of cleaning and detox plans -- from 3 day juice merely detoxes to 21 day anything and applications in between. While a 3 day juice-only cleanse might not have lasting negative effects they're not the remedy for jumpstarting weight-loss or the latest healthy way of life either.
