There's no mystery to the feelings of mine on health clubs and gyms.

I haven't used 1 for close to ten years (except a hotel gym while traveling and that's even unusual given the thoughts of mine for bodyweight workouts).

I truly, really do not like them and luckily more parents are sharing the disdain of mine for health clubs and giving home workouts a try instead.

At what time was the end time you saw someone taking some sort of disinfectant on the handles of all the dumbbells?
How frequently will you see people leave a sweat pool on a bench after they are not using it?
That is simply disgusting! At least from home it is really the filth of yours which you are touching, not somebody else's.
